Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Partnerships Team. You will champion Lemonlight by generating new business leads through research, digital marketing, and direct outreach. By working closely with the Account Executives, you will create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined vertical. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative, and fun atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0-2 years experience
• Experience with Hubspot or other CRM
• Strong business acumen coupled with exceptional communication skills
• High proficiency with research projects
• Well organized with strong analytical skills
• Resourceful, coachable and a refuse to quit attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
• Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment

Responsibilities:

• Research and build target partnership account lists
• Make a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails
• Convert outbound leads into meetings
• Data entry, generally Excel and CRM-based
• Take creative approaches to generate leads
• Complete various administrative tasks and project
