Sales Associate

Lemonlight is a video production and marketing agency headquartered in sunny Marina del Rey, with offices in Chicago, New York, DC, Austin, and Miami. We are a growing startup of 30 that's on a mission to create high-quality affordable video content at scale nationwide.

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Associate whose primary function will be to drive direct sales for our production department. The right candidate will be highly motivated, competitive, and organized. You must be able to multitask, quickly pick up new concepts and projects, while maintaining an upbeat and positive relationship with prospective clients.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of relevant sales experience and a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Hands-on experience using a CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Well-honed organizational and time management skills--you have a bias for action and consistently achieve or exceed your goals.
• Experience with B2B products or services preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce prospective clients to products over the phone.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads.
• Handle telephone/email inquiries and requests.
• Process quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
• Diligently manage and maintain your CRM.
• Turn in weekly sales funnel report.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with B2B products or services preferred.
• At least three years of relevant marketing experience.
• Hubspot experience is a huge plus.
